Cancellation Policy

Due to scheduling considerations, it is important to note that if you must cancel or change your appointment to another day, you do so at least 24 hours in advance. If you must cancel without giving us this notice, we will request payment in full. Please check your health the day prior to your session – we do not see clients with any symptoms of cold or flu. It is a good idea to have a back-up person to send if you are unable to give us 24-hours notice.

If you are experiencing aches and pains that are not flu or illness related, we encourage you to call and discuss your situation with us, as it may actually be more beneficial for you to come in rather than cancel your appointment.

However, you should cancel your appointment if:

  • You have a cold or flu
  • Your body temperature is above normal
  • You have any kind of systemic infection (i.e. strep) and/or are taking any antibiotics
